His name is Michael Westen. He used to be a spy. He had a burn notice put on him and had been blacklisted by his own government. As a burned spy, Michael had nothing, no cash, no credit and no job history. He was dumped in Vice City and to make ends meet he had been doing any jobs coming his way (mostly illegal) while trying to find out the people who burned him and getting his identity back.
After a long 7 years he has managed to find the people responsible and things has been "sorted out" and he was given his identity back. Even-though Michael has his life back, he still has enemies in Vice City who are still after him so he decided to relocate to the West Coast to start a new life and leave his past behind...(hopefully)
One of his few acquaintance's suggested Los Santos, specifically a town called Kuffs Community. Michael wants to start fresh and have his own business at some point, and of-course have fun while achieving his goals.
