8. How long have you been playing on the KUFFS FiveM server? About 8 months in total. Was off for a few months, exploring FiveM a bit more, but came back because Kuffs is definitely the best fit
9. Which department would you prefer playing in? (Choose Los Santos Metropolitan Police, Highway Patrol, San Andreas County Sheriff's Department, or Dispatch) Los Santos Metro would be preferred, but open to filling in wherever needed

11. Previous Roleplay Experience (explain): Some, between 8 months on Kuffs/other FiveM servers, and I have been streaming LSPDFR for the last 6 months
12. How many shifts per week can you do? At least 4-5
13. What days and times work best for you? Evenings during the week, and free all day on weekends
