Hi, I know most rules as a officer I can determine on the spot to get things done and I a good driver on the game when lights are on and off. I would also like to be civilian at times so the police have stuff to do. Will

This is nowhere near what an application for LEO is supposed to look like. Follow the directions, please.

Also, the server is open for civilians except a few specific jobs. You're required to participate in the server for a while as a civilian prior to an application or LEO being considered.
