Approved for civilian pilot. Perms to spawn choppers for LEO is based on rank and permission of your department head.

For civilian flights, northbound air traffic uses the East Side of the map, southbound air traffic uses the West Side of the map. There is also an Air Traffic channel in TeamSpeak for communication with other civilian pilots who may be in the air at the same time.
