(Make this count, it will decide approval/denial) Chris Jones a young 22 year old male that has always wanted to be a police officer. Due to him being slower than others, he is unable to be a police officer. So he has taken a hobby of following officers around but keeps a distance. He slowly progresses to being a crime fighter however hides from the police during those times. He will attempt to stop crime and if that isn't possible he will call 911 on anything he sees as a threat and not all his calls are a threat to public.
