Vince was born in Liberty City on December 12, 1994. His father was a Liberty City paramedic, highly regarded as one of the best. Growing up around his father, Vince got a first hand look at what it was like to live a life of service. Throughout his childhood, Vince was exposed to emergency services almost every day of his life, and as he grew older he knew that that was the life he too wanted to live. In high school, he became an EMT after attending a 5 month long course in the city. After truly enjoying the work he did and realizing that he wanted to continue to help people, he attended Liberty City University after high school and graduated with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology, hoping to become a law enforcement officer. Vince is now an experienced emergency medical technician who is looking for a new department to join. He plans on moving to San Andreas in order to work for a larger more professional department, and later on hopes to expand his career into law enforcement. Vince takes pride in the professionalism he takes to work and treats every single patient with respect and care. Vince is currently looking at places to live and planning his move to San Andreas where he hopes to call his home.
