Previous Roleplay Experience (EXPLAIN): I have played GTA V rp servers, but not alot of them i saw this on twitch and YouTube and was really invested in trying to get in and join the community.

Noah Jimmie was left on the steps of the Los Santos Police Department when he was only 5 years old. He was covered in welts and cigarette burns and couldn't speak. He was adopted by the officer who found him, Ryan Jimmie.
Noah had all the hallmarks of an abused child - angry, sullen and withdrawn - but Ryan and his wife Lenore were determined to help him grow into a responsible adult. Noah did not make it easy for them. He killed their
family cat, claiming only that it attacked him even though he had no evidence of scratches or bites. The young couple took him to therapists and specialists, working to help him move past his deep anger and closely held
emotional issues. Slowly, Noah began to open up and started to see the world as a place that was not out to hurt him. His new parents were thrilled with his progress. By the time Noah was in 7th grade he seemed to be stable
and even happy. He worked hard to quell his anger and dark tendencies - wanting desperately to be the child that his adoptive parents deserved. When Noah was 15, he and mother went into the city to meet his father for lunch.
As his father reached out to hug his mother, shots rang out - Noah felt a splash of something warm hit him on the face and it took a few moments to recognize that it was blood. His parents dropped, still locked in a half greeting embrace
to the ground. He heard the shooter scream "Fucking PIG!" and loose 3 more shots at the dead bodies, laughing as he did. As Noah looked at the dead bodies of his parents, he felt something inside of him snap.
He turned and saw the shooter sprinting down the street.. and Noah gave chase. He leaped on the man's back with what seemed like almost superhuman litheness. He dug his fingers into the man's eyes, hooking his fingers in as the
man screamed in pain and horror. He felt them come loose in his hands as the man sank to his knees screaming. Noah beat the man - refusing to stop even as people pulled at him, even as the life was clearly gone from the man's
body. He stopped speaking at that moment. He was put into a mental hospital to help treat his trauma, but Noah was not traumatized - his true nature had been set free and he knew it. He couldn't pretend to assimilate anymore.
He escaped the hospital when he was 17 - he survived like a wild animal on the streets until Chance Frye, the leader of a gang, encountered him and recognized that he could cultivate him as an ultimate killer - one with no
remorse, one who enjoyed the job and would do whatever needed to succeed.

You can find the CAD civilian permission key pinned in the #kuffs-fivem-server channel of our Discord. After that you can set up your character appearance(s) in the F9 MP Character menu and get the info entered into the CAD.
