Previous Roleplay Experience (EXPLAIN): i used to play gtarp, darkrp, policerp, and plenty other rp servers in garry's mod all the time. i have 340 hours on the game and most to all of it was spent on rp servers. i saw this server a while ago and always really wanted to play it because the rp looks realistic and the people aren't assholes like most rp servers

Hooten Swefty is 19 years old and the oldest of 10 kids. Hooten's mother had him when she ran away from home at 14 years old. He never met his father, but his mother has told him repeatedly that he was the leader of a gang of car thieves in Los Santos. His mother sent him and his twin sisters to live with his grandmother when he was 3 years old. Throughout his life, his mother would bring him to live with her in the city for a few months at a time -but he would be sent back to his grandmother with his siblings whenever his mother met a new man. Each time he returned to his grandmother, it was with at least one new sibling. When Hooten was 17, his grandmother died and Hooten did his best to try and keep his siblings together in his grandmother's home - but social services soon discovered that it was children raising children. His mother refused to return to take care of the kids, and the state took all of the kids into the foster care system. Hooten did not like to be told what to do and found himself in constant trouble in the group home where he was placed. He ran away after only a few months and lived on the streets for a short time before being taken under the wing of one of his mother's old friends, a hooker named Chrystal. Chrystal gave him a place to sleep, but in return Chrystal had him robbing her customers and shoplifting from stores for things she wanted. Hooten discovered that he had a real talent for theft, and without an education, he recognized that this path might be the only way for him to survive. At his heart, Hooten is a good kid, but he's also a survivor. His goal is to make enough money that he can 'retire' from a life of crime and get his family back together under one roof. He understands that it's a long shot - but he's street smart, savvy and driven - so he won't stop until he's successful.

You can find the CAD civilian permission key pinned in the #kuffs-fivem-server channel of our Discord. After that you can set up your character appearance(s) in the F9 MP Character menu and get the info entered into the CAD.
