(Make this count, it will decide approval/denial) This will be a new character named Diesel Sparks, just moved from vice city, wanted to move to the blaine county to go with a slower pace life style, he was a diesel mechanic from vice city. Loves to have a good time but respects the law. He wants to settle down maybe in sandy or grapeseed and start making a name for him self. Maybe get a job at a local garage or junkyard. And work his way up.

Try joining the server to get your vRP ID number. I need that to whitelist you. It should give you the vRP ID number in the "not whitelisted" message it'll pop up.
