You were previously whitelisted for the server, but logged in only a couple of times over the span of 2 days back in May 2020.
We prefer consistent players, not folks that come around once or twice a year. Why were you not active last time and what would be different this time?

To make a long story short my first pc did not support gta so at the time i did not have the money to upgrade the pc. now it different because i have the upgraded parts and i have been testing it out and it runs very well.so again i am sorry for not being truthful about the situation.

You can find the CAD civilian permission key pinned in the #kuffs-fivem-server channel of our Discord. After that you can set up your character appearance(s) in the F9 MP Character menu and get the info entered into the CAD.
