You’ve got two options for setting up your character appearance. One is to use the F9 menu to make your MP character and apply different clothing options, then save your character. The other is to still create your MP character in the F9 menu, but use clothing stores to get your clothing. Of these two, the first is the simplest and easiest. Just don’t forget to save your character. Use different save names for different outfits and different characters so you can easily get to them later.
Go to one of the clothing stores (denoted by a green Tshirt icon on the pause map). Inside the clothing store, there are two markers, A Blue marker by the Front Counter, and a Green marker located near the back of the store by the clothing racks.
The Blue marker near the front counter represents the Plastic Surgeon and offers the option to choose between a Male and Female MP ped.
*NOTE: This will remove any and all customization options and spawn a blank MP ped. Use caution around these markers.
The Green Marker near the clothing racks in the back of the store represents the Store itself, where you can select options to customize the appearance and clothing for your Ped.
Once You have selected either a male or female MP ped, enter the green marker in the back of the clothing store and the customizing menu will appear.
